Who we are
This website is operated by Scental Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16693165), registered office: 63 Fairoak Drive, London, SE9 2QQ. Contact: scentallimited@gmail.com.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordering reserves a bottle from our first production batch. No payment is taken at the point of reservation. Before your order ships, we will email you a request to complete payment of £22 per bottle (including VAT where applicable, excluding delivery). A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order after payment. Reserving a bottle does not oblige you to buy, and does not oblige us to supply if the batch sells out or is delayed.
Price and delivery
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery costs and estimated dispatch dates will be confirmed by email before you pay. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at scentallimited@gmail.com. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, using your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, this right is lost if the product's hygiene seal has been broken after delivery.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your product is faulty, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Product use
Gentleman's Wash is a cosmetic product for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
